Moogata
Moogata means ``Thai-style yakiniku hotpot.''
As shown above, the Mougata hot pot has a unique shape, and you can kill two birds with one stone by enjoying BBQ on the iron plate in the center of the bowl, and
soaking the soup in the moat-like depression around it. It's a family dish.
The ingredients can be anything from meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, noodles, etc.
The fat, burnt meat, and soup stock from the BBQ in the center melt into the surrounding soup, and the end result is an original, rich and delicious soup. Most Moogata stores have an all-you-can-eat buffet style.
The market price is generally around 150B to 200B. (Some restaurants offer all-you-can-eat high-quality ingredients such as crabs and large shrimp for an additional fee.) Everyone can enjoy this dish, and it's a party dish that's great value for money as you can eat a lot of meat and seafood at a low price.
