Khao Man Gai
A dish in which stewed chicken slices (sometimes fried chicken or gaiyan) are placed on rice cooked in chicken soup.
A standard dish that can often be found at food stalls.
The base taste doesn't change much, but the sauce that comes with it is a secret secret for each store. This sauce is also delicious.
Similar dishes exist in Greater China, Malaysia, and Singapore. In Greater China, it is called "Hainan Chicken Rice."
It can be easily prepared at home, and there are many recipes using a rice cooker on sites like Cookpad.
