“When I go to a rural area, I want to go to the local market!”
Hello, this is Macchan.
As I introduced in the previous article ↑, I came to Phitsanulok province in the north to see Chinarat Buddha, which is said to be the most beautiful statue in Thailand.
When you go to a rural area, you definitely want to visit the local market along with the local tourist spots. It's a wonderful place where you can enjoy B-class gourmet food, buy local souvenirs, and get a glimpse of people's lives. This time we will introduce a local market located in the center of northern Phitsanulok province, within walking distance from JNR Phitsanulok Station.

Phitsanulok Night Bazaar
Phitsanulok Night Bazaar is a night market located along Buttapcha Road on the banks of the Nan River.
If I remember correctly, Mr. Nishimura from Viking must have been here during Ii-Earth. There are many apparel stalls, colored contact lenses shops, smartphone case shops, etc., and it seems to be a date spot for local young people at night.
I was thinking of buying a nice T-shirt, but unfortunately I couldn't find one that made my heart flutter. . Colored contacts? Shop.
I'm an old man, so I don't know if this price is cheap or not. The expression of Gonta's thighs in Thailand.
I get it, you're hungry.
We enjoyed some window shopping and had dinner at the riverside restaurant "ร้านลุงช่วย (I can't read...)", which is located just past the night bazaar.
I ordered fried chicken with garlic, stir-fried water spinach, and khao pa. Even with beer, it cost about 240 baht (750 yen).
After all, local food has the best cost performance!
An extremely cute boy of elementary school age, who was probably the son of the female store owner, brought the bill. Since he wears glasses, we easily named him Nobita.
